- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always give an estimate first. We can either go ahead of time to speak to you before hand or at the time of your requested service. At the time we meet we will come to an agreement on a flat rate. First time cleaning fee will be higher, due to a more extensive cleaning. Afterwards the fee will be lower as we will be maintaining your home.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently started cleaning a 4 bedroom 3 bath house with many windows. First we went in and did a deep cleaning. As we went back we maintain the housekeeping, but also started to organize the master closet (hers), the pantry, the kitchen, and the laundry room. The client loves the end results!
