- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have very fair and competitive pricing because I am a one woman show. I don't not carry a lot of overhead and get 95% of my business by word of month so there is no need to even advertise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I highly recommend a free walkthrough and estimate before we schedule the cleaning/organizing because it allows us a chance to formally meet and it lets me understand what your exact needs and wants are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mom owned a cleaning business so I have been submersed in it for some time now. I have been in the customer service industry for almost 15 years and love working to make people happy. I am very prompt, meticulous, and thorough.
