We were in the market for insulation but weren't sure which kind to get. Heat Hunters was the only company to both offer a full diagnostic and to carry all insulation types. They went over all the options with us with different price points and we decided to remove the old dirty stuff, sanitize the attic, seal up the holes in the attic floor, put in baffles, and install cellulose treated with borates to keep pests away.My wife and I are really impressed and feel like it was money well spent. Plus, our energy bill is already so much lower. This will clearly pay for itself. But the big plus is we can finally sleep through the night in our master! Go with these guys. They're good people and they're all extremely passionate. Very fair pricing too.

Danny and his team were fantastic with helping us removing our existing insulation, air sealing, and replacing with new insulation. Fromthe first call and visit, Danny took the time to answer questions, did the blower door test, and explained why the service was needed without pressuring us. Hes full of integrity and knowledgeable when it comes to this subject and more. The guys were supposed to do the work for 2 days, but there were minor hiccups (my house had more canned lights than expected, which Danny had to order more covers). He ordered them expeditiously and had them the next morning. The team worked extremely hard for 3 days in the hot attic. I had to leave the house for a prior engagement and you know what I saw on my security cameras? Danny was sweeping the garage and picking up every piece of scraps in the driveway. Then he also rinsed down any dirt from the companys truck. These guys went above and beyond and I could not recommend them highly enough. They were always in constant communication and always focused on getting things done correctly. With the rain being gone and its getting hot again, were already feeling more comfortable in our house. If you have any doubt, take this comment and just do it. Thanks Danny and team!

Great communicator even better price, and the professionalism of his crew was refreshing. They did an excellent job at an excellent price and be quite honest. We didnt even hardly know they were here. They were here for 3/4 of a day the cleanup the attention to detail you couldnt ask for more. What a great great company. These gentlemen are class acts. Danny was very thorough and informative in his initial walk through and gave a fair price. I was impressed with his professionalism and agreed to move forward. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To give any pricing without an inspection would be a disservice to you. How do we know that your home can safely have spray foam applied at all? What would the logistics be of your particular job that could affect the pricing later and blindside you? The good news: after we measure, inspect, and test your home for free, we will give you a price that same day and answer any questions you may have. No obligation. No guessing, no surprises, just facts and answers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always take the time to understand our customer's needs, goals, and expectations. We will also answer any and all of your questions. Then we will run a blower door test on your home and scan it with a thermal camera to uncover any issues, or to confirm some of your suspicions about why you're uncomfortable in certain areas of your home. Then we like to take a quick look at your AC unit and any potential combustion appliances. Then we inspect and measure your attic. Afterwards, we can give you all your options and typically can present the price that day so you understand what you're looking at. If you decide to move forward, we make the process simple with easy payment options and clear expectations. We are grateful for your time, and we will make sure you get value out of your experience with us even if you don't move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have training from the American Chemistry Counsil, the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance, IDI Distributors, the Building Performance Institute, and our chemical manufacturers. We also have EPA certification training for HVAC, which heavily informs our building science approach to spraying foam and changing the thermodynamics of a home.
