I hired Luis (Yorki) Grasset, the owner of The KCabinet Doctor LLC in Tampa, FL, based on fair reviews on Thumbtack. I paid him the full amount for the agreed-upon services. Unfortunately, I later discovered that Mr. Grasset turned out to be a straight up conman.
He was contracted to replace the water-damaged cabinet parts with new ones. However, in my absence, he simply installed the new parts over the damaged sections, rather than properly removing and replacing them as promised.
When I raised concerns about this poor workmanship, he initially agreed to return and correct the issue. However, he repeatedly rescheduled and eventually ceased all communication, ignoring my texts and phone calls after he asked me to send him $50 gas money third time he reschedule his appointment.
Based on my experience, I find Luis Grasset to be untrustworthy and unprofessional. I cannot in good conscience recommend The KCabinet Doctor LLC to anyone seeking reliable and honest cabinet repair and paint services.
