We finally remodeled our kitchen, both bathrooms, and replaced the flooring throughout the house. It was a big project, but it was worth every penny. We've lived in our Hyde Park home for years and loved the location, but the layout never really worked for us. The kitchen was closed off, and the primary suite always felt like an afterthought. Craftline helped us rethink the entire house, completely reconfiguring the kitchen and creating a much larger primary suite.We spent a lot of time with their designer choosing cabinets, fixtures, colors, and materials. I expected that part to be stressful, but it was honestly fun. We offer fair, transparent pricing based on the scope of work, materials, and time involved. Every quote is itemized, so you know exactly where your money is going. We don’t believe in surprise fees. For larger projects, we offer progress payment plans to help manage cash flow comfortably. We also run seasonal specials and bundle discounts for multi-room renovations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message to understand your needs. From there, we schedule an in-person walkthrough, go over ideas, take measurements, and provide a transparent estimate. Once we agree on the scope, I’ll build a clear timeline, guide you through materials and design decisions, and keep communication open throughout the whole job—no surprises.
