FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer three different packages which include cutting, weed eating, and blowing for residential customers, depending on the size of your property. We do charge a $15 fee for inconvenient barriers such as excessive pet waste, golf balls, random trash or toys in the yard. If an appointment is scheduled and the yard is inaccessible due to locked gates or other factors upon arrival, the customer will be subject to a $10 inconvenience fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer inquires about having their property cut and trimmed, we will take note of the customer's needs and preferences. We then evaluate the property to confirm the size of the lawn to provide the customer with an estimate, as well as any additional recommendations we may have. Depending on the customer's needs (weekly or biweekly) we will then get the customer scheduled and set expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years of lawn care experience with 5 years of extensive professional lawn care training.
