- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I send a quote I like to make sure everything is included upfront. I gather all of my clients needs and calculate based on that. I also have amazing packages for my brides, send me a message for inquiries!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I definitely approach new clients with open energy, just talking to them, giving them space to share what they need. I merely guide them to make sure we cover everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve watched a lot of YouTube tutorials but moreso than that, working with many faces and complexions at Sephora and Lancome was the most valuable training I’ve received. It trained my eye, it’s a muscle… seriously.
