- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service fees are based on the line of business, timeframe and scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically speak with new customers to find out what there needs are and describe how I can meet those needs. I then provide an estimate of how much the service will be based on what the customer is requiring. After services are provided I provide an invoice for payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of training certifications and experience in the public speaking and motivation industry. I also have certifications in Relationship Coaching and in ministry.
