FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Speaking fees are customized based on the program format, length, audience size, location, travel requirements and level of customization. Coaching may be booked as a single strategy session or as a multi-session package. Workshops, repeat bookings and ongoing team-development programs may qualify for package pricing. I also consider reduced rates for select schools, nonprofits and veterans’ organizations when scheduling and budget allow. Every proposal clearly identifies the professional fee, travel expenses, preparation and any optional services, so there are no surprise charges. For the fastest quote, please send your event date, location, audience size, preferred program length, goals and approximate budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a short discovery conversation so I can understand your audience, objectives, current challenges and definition of success. For speaking engagements, I then recommend the best keynote or workshop format, provide a clear proposal and customize the presentation around your event theme and audience. Before the event, we complete a final organizer call to confirm timing, audiovisual requirements and important details. For coaching clients, we identify the most important goal, determine what has been preventing progress and build a practical 30-, 60- or 90-day action plan. Each session includes specific commitments and accountability. Whether I am speaking to an audience or coaching one person, the process is personal, organized and focused on measurable action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training combines formal high-performance coaching with decades of real-world leadership, sales, entrepreneurship and personal transformation. I served in the United States Marine Corps and spent 10 years being trained and coached by a leading trainer within the Tony Robbins organization. I am also a three-time #1 bestselling author, world-record endurance athlete, three-time runner across America and the founder of multiple businesses. Building companies, leading teams, overcoming adversity and performing under extreme pressure have given me more than theories to teach. I bring lessons that have been tested in business and in life, then translate those lessons into practical strategies my audiences and coaching clients can apply immediately.
