- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is flat per session, listed up front, with no hidden fees. Launch rates right now: family mini $195, classic family $275, extended family $365. Maternity $225 to $400. In-home newborn $295 to $475. Couples and engagement $195 to $385. Headshots $175, personal branding $275, extended branding $400. Every package includes the edited digital images and an online gallery you can download and share. A 30% retainer reserves your date and time, and the balance is due 24 hours before the session. The retainer is non-refundable because it holds a spot I turn other people away for. I deliver digital galleries only, so there is no print or album package and no pressure to buy one afterward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Four steps, and I keep it simple. First, tell me what you are celebrating, roughly when, and how many people will be in the photos, and I will confirm I am free and which session fits. Second, we lock the date with a 30% retainer and talk through location, timing and what to wear. I will give you real guidance here, including the best light for the time of year. Third, the session itself, which is relaxed. I give simple posing direction and otherwise let things happen, especially with small children. Fourth, I edit and deliver your images in an online gallery you can download, share and print from.

Families wanting updated portraits and milestone photos, expecting parents, new parents who want newborn photos without packing up a baby and driving to a studio, couples marking engagements, anniversaries and proposals, and entrepreneurs, creators and small business owners who need clean headshots and personal branding images for LinkedIn, a website or social media. I also photograph small celebrations like birthdays, baby showers and family gatherings.
