- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We tailor our pricing based on the needs of the client. Although we typically have set rates we are always open to negotiations and competitive rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A discussion will be held to assess the needs of the client. A quote will be emailed to the client for a signature. If the client wishes to proceed, a contract for services will be sent for both parties to sign.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Security Officers are insured and licensed through the state of Florida.
