Holistic Facilitator

My approach as a holistic facilitator blends intuitive guidance, spiritual connection, and creative expression to support you in your personal and spiritual growth—tailored to your unique path. Each session begins with a gentle energetic alignment using crystals, inviting the soul to settle and the heart to open. This foundational practice helps attune your inner field, creating space for clarity. ​ Together, we explore: Emotional clarity and self-awareness through integrative dialogue Art-based practices that awaken symbolic language and inner wisdom Spiritual attunement to connect with deeper layers of consciousness Mystical coaching that honors the human soul, sacred rhythms, and transformative thresholds. ​ Our work together is a heart-centered journey.  With formal studies in Psychology—including coursework and a Master at Harvard, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Endicott College, and a Doctoral candidacy in philosophy & visual arts focused on spirituality and consciousness/soul dynamics, I bring a grounded and multidimensional understanding of the human psyche to my holistic coaching practice. I present my work and studies at conferences worldwide, reflecting the depth and global resonance of my approach: the supremacy of the intellect of love over the intellect of reason. In addition, I have pursued dedicated studies in spiritual modalities. These studies have deepened my capacity to support others in accessing soul-level wisdom and cultivating multidimensional awareness throughout their transformational journeys. I offer general education on personal development.
