What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services are provied at both hourly and flat rates depending on the particular service requested. Most Bankruptcy, Business preparation and Real Estate services are typically offered at flat rates depending on the complexity . Tax represenation and perparation services will typically depend on the unique situation of the client. Estate Planning services are tyically offered with flat rates and we do offer multiple packages for estate planning services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically provide a consulation with the client and after acceptance we will provide an engagement /retainer agreement and/or other understanding of our engagement with the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Florida Attorney and Certified Public Accounant. I have been licensed as a CPA for more than 18 years. I have a license in both Florida and Maryland.
