- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the signer is able to make important decisions (no diagnosis of dementia or currently using pain killers, etc.) and wants to sign the documents. Signer may not be able to sign, but as long as s/he can blink or nod to communicate, the document can be signed by the Notary for the patient with the legal notifications.
