What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After my quote is accepted, I ask the customer to send me their document(s) via email in Word documents. I will then begin to work on the edit using "Track the Changes" in Word.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took over 30 credit hours at Hillsborough Community College with a final GPA of 3.65. At HCC, I learned MLA. I taught myself APA and am currently teaching myself Chicago Style.
