- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are extremely competitive in regard to pricing. We believe all clients deserve the highest ROI on their remodeling investment as possible. We have been very fortunate to find high quality vendors at a reasonable price with fantastic values.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer to learn about the specific project details and expectations. We then provide the proposal and file for any necessary permits we may need. The permit process has become much more strict due to the hurricanes from the last few years.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around the building or remodeling of projects since I was 16. My father and grandfather worked in both commercial and residential construction. I have been trained in all facets of construction and remodeling from contemporary to colonial and federal historical homes and buildings. I have been able to work as either a foreman or builder on some very amazing projects over the years.
