- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is project-based and varies depending on size, depth and timeframe for each assignment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an inquiry, we will establish next steps for each assignment. At times, this can be completed with the information provided at contact. If that is not the case, I will send a questionnaire or begin a series of questions to define the scope of work. Once in agreement, I will work within the agreed upon parameters of each project. Before I begin work, we will have outlined expectations between all parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background began in Real Estate. I published a book called, "A Passive Way to Passive Income". After 10+ years in that industry, I began to explore other entrepreneurial pursuits. My experience in multiple industries, business/administrative background and passion for information gives me all of the tools I need to complete any task that I accept.
