- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any work under a half hour is a $30 minimum service charge. My usual service fee is $45/hour. I will negotiate with the customer on unusally large and/or time consuming projects for a flat fee. There is a $10 additional charge if I must travel 20 miles or greater to the work site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A contract will be provided to indicate the agreed services to be conducted including materials cost and service charges. All customers recieve a bil of sale receipt.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed college courses in mechanical drawing and computer aided drafting.
