Fees for Services Rendered in all of Central Florida Basic Notary Fees: 1 signature $10.00, notary stamp for 1 signature, for 1 page 2 signatures $20.00, notary stamp for each signature, per page 3 signatures $30.00, notary stamp for each signature, per page 4 signatures $40.00, notary stamp for each signature, per page 5 signatures $50.00, notary stamp for each signature, per page Mortgage Signing Fees: Starting Mortgage Signing Fee $90.00 for Refinance in the Orlando Zip Code Area of 32826 (includes notarization of 2 signers on all notarized pages and the printing of 2 full complete sets of documents). For all other refinance outside the zip code area of 32826 is $90.00 initial refinance signing package fee plus any additional mileage fees added on. Mileage/Travel Fees traveling to client 5 miles or more: Add on .55 cents per additional mile round-trip for mortgage signings .55 cents per additional mile one way trip for all other notary signings Special Cases Electronic or facsimile delivery and printing (up to 2 sets of documents)- add $25.00 Signings from 10:00pm to 12:00am- add $30.00 No Shows- add $50.00 for mortgage signings - add $25.00 for all other notary signings Will accept the following forms of payment: Cash Check- personal, business, or cashier (No Temporary or Incomplete Checks)
