Introduction: Hi. Thanks for reviewing my profile and taking the first step in getting organized. Lisa and her people are amazing. They did in one day what I have not been able to get done in nine months. Excited to say that the boxes that have been in my garage for the past 10 years from my last downsizing, are going to be gone by this time next week. The service is amazing. Not only does Lisa clean everything out and put everything in its place, but there is a place for everything when she takes it away and gives it to a charity, or takes other items to the consignment shop, and was good enough to even throw away the disposables. Tremendous customer service. Every moment and every dollar of her work was well worth the price. It would cost more to pay for all the doctors that I would need in the future from the depression that would’ve continued with all those boxes in my living space. She also made it very easy to make those choices. Although I had read about it in magazines on how to organize, I just didn’t have the heart to begin the process. Now two rooms are done and I can’t wait to finish the rest and get rid of more. Who’d a thunk?!

When I moved, the movers just dropped a ton of boxes in my living room and left. I was beside myself worrying about how I’d ever get my house organized. Lisa really saved the day. In just one afternoon, she had my entire kitchen and pantry organized like a museum. Will definitely be using her again to help,with the rest of my house when my new shelves and furniture arrive.

I was staring at moving boxes and a mess for almost 3 weeks. Didn’t know where to start unpacking and where would I put everything... Lisa to the rescue! She was kind, comforting and ready to get to work. I never once felt uncomfortable as she brings in such a positive energy and the reassurance that it can and will be done. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free 30-minute phone consultations, to discuss the project and goals. Most of my projects take me 4-6 hours. My hourly prices hourly are competitive but I'm quick and a lot of the "projects" cost less than my competition. My prices also include a donation delivery and a 6-month check-up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For first time customers, we have a phone conversation first to find out what your needs are, the timeline, and the budget. I work hard to make this process less overwhelming and it starts with getting to know my customer first!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in Corporate America for 29+ years and worked on projects my whole career. This skill is my passion because I’m a planner!
