- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was an Accountant and Real Estate Manager. As a kid I read all of his Accounting and Real Estate Books and took exams in Book-Keeping, Accounting acquiring my Degree with a Major in Accounting in 1976 with honors and on the Deans list of students. I also have a diploma and my Real Estate Licence in New York since 1982 and have been in Property Management since 1984.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Book-Keeping. Payroll. Accounts Receiveable, Accounts Payable. Profit and Loss Accounts, Tax Returns. Balance Sheets. Cost Accounting for projects such as building a new roof, kitchen etc.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You would be treated as a person, with respect, courtesy and forty five years of experience.
