I base my reviews based on the results of the job. Nick leaves no mess behind when he is finished and the job is exactly the way we agreed to have it done. His prices are fair for the quality of work he provides. Nick makes suggestions as to how a room could look better if certain things were added or subtracted as needed, sort of a different perspective. when a contractor is hired, I have to live with the end result of his labors....Because of this I will hire Nick K. back to continue painting in my house as my wife and I decide on what changes we want to make in the future

Nick did a superb job! I couldnt be happier with my new white board wall. It was my first time hiring someone on Thumbtack. I was looking for a painter to cover a 70 sq ft section wall with White Board paint in my office. From doing a little research online, apparently working with this type of paint and achieving a good outcome can be tricky. So the preparation of the wall and technique were very important. And all I can say is Nick was extremely meticulous about every aspect of the job: sanding, priming, painting, second coat, edging, etc.... He was very detailed in his work, and clearly cared about doing a nice job.... And the wall came out great. I now have an awesome 70+ sqft white board in my office. Would 100% recommend Nick. Great work and extremely nice person to deal with.

I am a single mom and its hard to find honest help. Mr. Nick and his son were very professional. The work was outstanding and fast. I am so glad I chose his company.
