Called this company for a 2nd opinion estimate for an AC unit no longer putting out cold air. Prior to choosing Alex & son a larger HVAC company had given me a quote for $1,574 but this company fixed my ac for under $500 and found that I actually didnt need any of the things the previous tech had told me would need to be done. Very kind and professional even though our house was an absolute wreck from moving and construction. Ac has been working perfect.

They did awesome! Came out on a Saturday to replace the thermostat. Went above and beyond—identified and corrected an air leak they came across while cleaning out the drip line (as a courtesy!). Communication was perfect in scheduling. They texted with an ETA and were able to accommodate a schedule change request. And did I mention…I like to learn and they were kind in letting me observe the work and took the time to explain the electrical wiring, etc. THANK YOU 🙌🏽
