This gives me immediate feedback on not only where to start the program but how to progress it. Clients will also get a detailed print out of the results and also a free workout program to do on their own, based upon that screen. I love building meaningful and lasting relationships. I love helping people live younger and more vibrant lives.

When I met Tony Kirk in April 2014 I was at a total loss of "where to begin" getting into shape. I was 52 years old, no muscle tone, not great endurance and overall just feeling "blah". That all changed upon meeting Tony.......he understand exactly how I was feeling, understood my goals, and also empathized with me. I remember him saying "we can change this,,,,,together". And that's EXACTLY what happened! He devised a Training Program specifically for me, explained WHY I was doing every exercise and the results. Carefully explained and demonstrated the correct way to perform the exercise. In closing, I've never felt better and today I LOVE to exercise. I always hated exercise in the past and always thought "well I'm older and this is the way it's going to be". Boy was I wrong, the best thing I've ever done FOR ME and a whole new world has opened up, thanks to Tony Kirk......

Tony is extremely knowledgable and makes working out enjoyable. He had helped me get stronger in order to survive living with 7 building disks, scoliosis and arthritis. I started with him very weak but I am strong now!

Tony is a great trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable in the techniques needed to not only help people lose weight and get healthier, but also in keeping already fit people motivated and get them even stronger.

Great trainer. Great person. Sessions are effective and fun at the same time. Tony monitors proper form and posture for safety and better results throughout the sessions.
