The quality of the final product was poor.
- the shelves were crooked
- the shelving was not flush up against the wall
- the spacing of the rods was inaccurate
- pieces of the previous wiring product were left in the wall and not removed
- holes were left in the wall and not patched up
- a single piece needed to be trimmed by 1 inch and they didn’t trim it, meaning the project wasn’t finished
- the room was left dirty - boxes in the room, nails on the ground
Overall, I would not hire these individuals again and paid $350 for 2 hours of work that I will need to redo
