- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to identify the needs, pain points and expectations for the individual/group. From there we select a space and time to meet to begin sessions.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Simply find a coach that fits you and that you generally like. As a former educator, I know that learning is easier when the instructor is liked. Be sure your needs match the instructor's capacity and mastery of the discipline.
