- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have ZERO overhead. We operate from a familiy garage rent free. We have 2 - 4 employess that are all family. 1 fully paid off truck, tools and material which means we operate at ZERO debt. Because of this, we are able to bid jobs HUNDREDS sometimes THOUSANDS of dollars cheaper then our bigger competitors while still turning a profit and delivering the same quality of work. We also require NO DIPOSIT and offer a lifetime waranty (with the exception of theft or a Catastrophic weather event)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our intitial contact we set up a date and time for an estimate. We walk the property or pool cage area and discuss in detail what the homeowners vision is. Once we come up with a count and placement of lights i send an estimate via WAVE. Customer accepts our estimate and we schedule an install date. Payment in full due when install is complete and after customer walk through.
