- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client has a pre-planned appointment and receives individual attention in a private setting. There are no rows of stylists as would be found in the strip mall settings. The clients receive consultation and suggestions about their service(s) on every appointment by out professional stylists. We use only high quality professional salon products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We spend extra time consulting with all new clients. We listen to their desires and make suggestions to obtain their goals, and the best results possible. We encourage them to bring photos and other materials of the results they are seeking. We offer our honest and realistic opinions, and knowledge so that they can make informed decisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Stylist are state certified as required by law. All of our stylist have many years of experience, and they are quite verse in their crafts. They also acquire product knowledge through classes, seminars, and trade shows.
