FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all I visit site , quote you the job with in a week and the final decision is in your hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, all the time. Not only important to me, but to the customer. Its my duty to be able to not only give the customer what they need, but as to also be an educator for the customer. If they don't seek our services, then it will only better help them in being proactive about the services they look to have with other companies. One way or another we had a part of helping someone out. At 511 Security Management that is what we are all about. Services in many ways.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working in many fields as a Public Servant, I would have to deal with issues of the average person being taken, as well as observing not the proper equipment used for the purpose of what the customer had paid for. Myself I work very hard for my money, I don't just look to line others pockets. If I am not sure about the services I look to receive, I research it. I tell most people it ok to be very proactive of the business you are about to conduct with company's. After all it's your money and you are in the drivers seat.
