We provide mobile notary, virtual notarization, and apostille services. We will come where you need us. Online notarizations are done via secure zoom video conference straight from your mobile device, laptop, tablet or PC. We have completed over 1500 real estate transactions to date and notarized several Wills, POAs, and estate documents. We’re available for direct relations with title offices, escrow, realtors, and loan officers. Veteran’s (with valid ID) receive a discount.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide discounts for Veteran’s and their spouses with proper ID.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers will need to provide number of signers, number of notarizations, location of services, and time. Please schedule your appointment on our website.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken the required 3hr course with the State of Florida as well as all online notary requirements. I’m a member of the National Notary Association, Loan Signing System, and Notary2Pro.
