What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are set by the State of Florida. We can't charge more for a Notarization. Our fee structure has a max charge of $10.00 per notarization. We realize that you can travel to a local UPS store or some other postal center and do it for less. But we work as a Mobile Notary. Where we travel to you. Our fees are structured for time and expenses. We do offer discounts for multiple notarizations. You can ask us what those fees are as often, there are special circumstances.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is we are contacted by a client. We have a chat to see what Notarization needs are and a price is quoted. When an agreement is set. We set an appointment for us to travel to your location of choice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always up to date with laws and regulations. We are members and hold Certifications with National Notary Association, Loan Signing Systems.
