- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and make it as simple as possible, just give us a call and we will create the perfect menu for your special occasion. Once your menu has been finalized we require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining 50% is due the day of and can be paid in cash or credit card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been making large pan Paella for the last 6 years for a local catering company. In that 6 years I have never received a single bad review or customer complaint which gave me the confidence to go and start my own catering company.
