I have worked with Andrew for a few years now. I always enjoy the prompt response as well as how they listen to our needs and ideas! He is very honest about the products and looks for alternatives when needed. We have purchased pens, pencils, give-aways (ie. chattering teeth, tattoos), name tag labels, pencil cases and much more. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NO complicated system at all (thank goodness)! We base the Unit Cost of each item that we produce on the the Quantity / Color / Imprint or Embroidery Locations of Each Item. We leave no stone unturned!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! We are always attending Industry Trade Shows so we can see the latest trends and items that are available in the marketplace Today. We also are very up to date on all of the Artwork Files such as Adobe Illustrator so that we can work with any file that our clientele supplies us.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in Corporate Sales for Tiffany & Co. (Fifth Ave.) before I started the company in 1993. I loved working with their clientele so much that I started the firm then with products that Tiffany & Co. could not provide (Apparel & Non-Tiffany Items). This was a terrific niche business that grew to what we are today.
