- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price: $50/one-hour-class, including "learning materials", extra practices, PowerPoint, grammar tutorials and homework if you need. One person, one hour $50. One person, one hour 5 lessons in one payment $240. One person, one hour 10 lessons in one payment $450 and one hour 20 lessons in one payment $820. Students will get a discount if they book two or more classes a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my clients just to know a little bit about them, their expectations, their goals, knowledge of the language, what he /she likes, then I have an idea, I prepare my classes according with each client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first education is that I am Spanish native speaker. Have a Master Degree in teaching Spanish from Nova Southeast University, I am an Adjunct instructor of Spanish at the Palm Beach Gardens Campus of Palm Beach State college. Also, I have a bachelor degree in Social Studies.
