Jacob was awesome. I looked at other companies but Jacob was far superior than anyone else I looked at. He had an amazing attention to detail and worked extremely hard to make my timeframe and budget. I can’t say enough great things. If your looking for turf….hands down this is your guy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies a bit. Instead of charging a fixed rate for everything like others do, I figure out all factors to find the best price for the customer. This includes how much tear out there is, how high the ground has to come up, how much nailer board is needed, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- In person quote to understand exact project details
- Agree on price and date
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years in construction and experience working with customers with a few of them being turf specifically.
