- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of home, age of home. There is also add-on services such as pools/spas, docks/seawalls, out-buildings etc. Other items that maybe needed for insurance is a Wind Mitigation Report and/or 4-Point Report.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we ask all the questions about the property being inspected. This ensures you get exactly what you need and not pay for services not not needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
