- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To find out what there needs are. If is is a seller to find out there timeline for selling the home are they relocating to another state, does this home have to be sold before they can move. For a buyer is is very important to find out the price point, what they expect to find in the home they purchase. This makes the process much easier for everyone involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of GTAR so they always have classes that are available to keep up with changes in our industry. I also am required to take continuing education and ethics class. I still hold a mortgage license so every year I am required to take continuing education, ethic class and full credit and background check.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the mortgage and real estate business for over 16 years. I have a lot of knowledge and training that helps me to make the process very enjoyable. I enjoy helping people achieve home ownership.
