Residential Single Family – My residential single family services connect buyers with sellers every day, and I do it with professionalism and a total dedication to my clients. This property type is the majority of my market transactions, but by far not the only one in which I have expertise. Property Management Services: I have a team of people that assist through different processes throughout; from placing a qualified tenant, lease signing, repair call, rent collection and inspection of the property after tenant has lived there for 6 months. I really enjoyed working with people and assisting homeowners in finding qualified tenants, helping tenants find the perfect rental home. On the home sales side it is a very stressful process for both a seller and a buyer I do everything possible to make the process quick and as stress free as possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To find out what there needs are. If is is a seller to find out there timeline for selling the home are they relocating to another state, does this home have to be sold before they can move. For a buyer is is very important to find out the price point, what they expect to find in the home they purchase. This makes the process much easier for everyone involved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of GTAR so they always have classes that are available to keep up with changes in our industry. I also am required to take continuing education and ethics class. I still hold a mortgage license so every year I am required to take continuing education, ethic class and full credit and background check.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the mortgage and real estate business for over 16 years. I have a lot of knowledge and training that helps me to make the process very enjoyable. I enjoy helping people achieve home ownership.
