We were lucky and blessed to have Monty as our realtor when we bought our condo in 2015 and again as our realtor when we sold it just last week when our son was done with his school. He is smart, gives you all the information you need, gave us sound advice, always on top of everything. and at the top of our list, not pushy. We would not have him twice if we were not satisfied the first time. Very nice gentleman!

Working with Monty Bryan was a joy! He was infinitely patient and professional as we looked in every area of the Greater Tampa area. Since we weren't sure what would work for us as recent retirees, we saw townhomes, condos, stand alone house, established neighborhoods, new construction, etc. He knew the school systems, the comparisons, the value per square foot, resales, and any other question we had. When one contract fell through, he was optimistic and immediately helped us find our dream home for a great price in a wonderful neighborhood. If there was a rating higher than five stars, he would have that from me!
