We offer free in-home estimates and prioritize full transparency during our quoting process. Our goal is to provide high-quality services without exceeding our clients' initial budgets. We offer multiple packages tailored for different types of flooring and projects, and we have solutions to fit various scenarios. Whether you need an upgrade to outdated flooring or need to fix an unexpected problem, we can help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we are contacted, we schedule a free in-home estimate as soon as the next day. We prioritize transparency in our quotes and appreciate when clients have the time to go through it with us during the appointment. This allows us to address any questions or concerns they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians undergo rigorous training programs, and our tile technicians receive daily training and supervision from our owner, who is a certified tile installer (#1834).
