He arrived ahead of schedule and quickly assessed what needed to be done. He described the options and got started. He replaced the old ethernet cable and added a new one for another room. While he was doing that, I rerouted the ethernet cables in my office. He neatly added an ethernet port in my living room and hooked up my Wi-Fi6 router. Everything checked out but the speed from Frontier dropped from 500/500 to 100/100. He stayed to help with Frontier Tech Support until it was determined that Frontier would have to send a Tech to restore the speed for which I was paying.

It has been said a picture is worth a thousand words. As you can see by the enclosed photos.
It has been a stellar experience overall ! - Professionally installed my cameras and walked me through the entire setup process.
Explained the features of my Lorex 4K security cameras and showed me how and where to troubleshoot and make adjustment settings within the Lorex application that best suited my needs and desires.
I apologize for forgetting technicians name. I found him affable with a work ethic that is second to none. What I found truly impressive was he cleaned up everything and left my porch area and driveway cleaner than it was prior to his arrival.
Being retired and on a fixed income I’ll definitely be calling back for additional services to my system in the very near future.
