Synergy Yogalates

Introduction: I offer a stress-free workout using a combination of yoga and Pilates through breathing techniques and easy but effective mat work, great for strengthening the core and lengthening the spine for back discomfort. This is for all ages and all in the comfort of your own home. I charge 20 dollars an hour, and I have an invite-a-friend special -- 10 dollars each -- great gift idea. Also, I throw Pilates party which is great on your lanai or pool area -- all at 10 dollars a person -- all you need is your own mat and a "Room to Glow"! I have 8 years of experience. I have worked with top pro athletes, tennis and golfers. Couples and family atmosphere is strongly encouraged. I accept donations for massage at the end of sessions.
