The team responded within 30 min of my request on a Sunday. They were here by Tuesday to work at the time they said they would be. They completed the job on my nasty tub in 2 hours. Polite. Professional. Cost was less than others. Tub looks very good so far, but to be fair, its just day one. But I'm not worried because they provided me a 5yr warranty.
