M & M Air air-conditioning people are the best! I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs or a new air conditioner. Their prices are very competitive and Marcos is very responsive and the best I’ve ever used.

Carlos was contacted by me in the morning and arrived to look at two air conditioners that afternoon. He diagnosed blocked drain lines and fixed the problem within 30 minutes and even made a trip to Home Depot to pick up some filters for future use. The price was very resonable. All in all 5/5.

If I can give 10/5 stars I would. Marcos worked with our AC unit that needed a new coil under warranty. However, there wasn’t a single supplier in the entire state that had that part, Marcos reached out to multiple, which meant that we would have had to wait almost three weeks for the part to come in. Instead, Marcos came back out and implemented a temporary fix that could hold us over until the part was back in stock. Marcos also suggested that dumping more money into an older unit would not be in our best interest, and suggested a full replacement. We ended up deciding to get a full replacement, and Marcos and his team, knowing that we had a baby, made time available on a holiday weekend to replace our ac unit and air handler. Marcos was very professional, knowledgeable, and did all of his work very well and in a timely manner. Our new unit has been working great and my wife and I could not be happier. I would recommend M&M and Marcos to anyone that needs repairs to their AC or needs a new unit.

5 stars + I had an excellent experience whit the technician, Marcos who came out to troubleshoot and repair the air conditioner in my home. He was knowledgeable,thorough and quickly. We really stood out was his professionalism and clear communication throughout the entire visit.
