FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For personal chef services, we'll send you a questionnaire to help us determine your tastes, as well as discuss any dietary restrictions or allergies. We'll also agree upon a weekly grocery budget that you're comfortable with. We can do this over the phone or email, but we can also meet for coffee so that you can get a feel for the human who's going to cook your food. We offer a full consultation with a tasting (test meal) for a deposit of $100 which can then be used toward your payment if you book our services for a month. After that we keep communication very open so that you're always delighted with the food you're eating. We'll send over a menu for the week and you'll always have the opportunity to make changes or suggestions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Daniel graduated Valencia College with a degree Culinary Arts and Management. He's cooked for a handful of restaurants, both upscale and casual, and can make a perfect over medium egg.
