- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s flat rate, up front and tailored to each job specifically. Every job comes with a warranty ranging from 30 days- lifetime. We pride ourselves sticking to the up front pricing with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go above and beyond to gain their trust, and most importantly keep it. We look for a lifetime customer over a one time customer. Walk you through the process, answer any questions you may have, and give up front flat rate pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school 4 years and have been in the trade since 2003. Opened my own company in 2017
