- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would like my valued customers to know that once you hire me for any project I will do my best to ensure that you are 100% satisfied when I leave your property...... And my professionalism will speak for itself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would typically receive a phone call and collect the necessary information such as name address phone number then an appointment to set up where I visit the customers property and meet and greet the customer, then we proceeded to take a look at the project or projects
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained in heating and air conditioning at Georgia Piedmont Technical college........ Plumbing and irrigation.... (I wrote at home depot plumbing and irrigation department for 7 years)...... And the rainbird training Academy in Las Vegas.
