Working with John and Gaby was just an amazing experience! They both are creative and put their best on each and every scene. We made a music video with some shots in South Beach, Sunny Isles and Wynwood. They were really committed in my project and that's what I liked the most, and they're also warm and nice people. I TRULY RECOMMEND THEM!
No need to go to Los Angeles, New York or Nashville. Everything you need is in Pompano Beach! DogManic Recording Studios is a full service super cool place to make music. The studio is state of the art and the vibe is outstanding. Christian & Jay are awesome guys with tons of experience, and its full service-not just music but promoting and video also! Once your in the "Dojo" your part of the family.
Jeff is an awesome instructor! He keeps the atmosphere positive and encouraging, a must for a student just starting out. He is also dedicated to teaching you the kind of music you are interested in playing in order to keep you motivated to learn. I highly recommend him!
Tradewinds Music is a 21st century miracle. Seriously, unless you're living in LA, finding a legit, professional recording studio these days, much less a professional producer/audio engineer/session musician to operate said studio, is nearly impossible. The reason Jim Breen has been able to survive in the new music business is simply because he's a great man with a strong work ethic. He is never less than 100% professional, timely, friendly, fair, and patient. He's also an extremely talented musician and creative visionary. This is a real recording studio. Jim is a real producer, and his number one priority is to help make YOUR song be the best possible song it can be. This isn't some bearded, fedora-wearing, PBR drinking hipster's bedroom studio. There's no one apathetically pushing a button and leaving your to your own devices. There's no one trying to swindle you out of money or take credit for your ideas. The studio itself is a comfortable, world-class structure with world-class equipment, and a world-class producer and multi-instrumentalist, who will help you with whatever aspect of your art that you need help with: songwriting, vocal coaching, recording, mixing, mastering, music videos, etc. I'm finally recording my first album, and I'm lucky to be doing it at Tradewinds Music. The best part is that, unbelievably, Jim doesn't charge anymore than the average price for music production in the area. I'm a teacher, and live in an apartment, so having an affordable, quiet, and private place to rehearse and record my art was a must. My only regret is not knowing about this recording studio sooner. Who knows how many studio quality, beautifully engineered and produced songs I could have finished by now!
Pros. These guys listen and deliver. The most professional group of engineers and producers you will ever come across. Besides the top notch equipment, it's the people who make this such an amazing studio. I've never been more comfortable. Such an amazing experience. I highly recommend them. No one will ever do any of my songs as much justice. This place has it all.
I had the pleasure of having Cliff as primarily two things in my music life: my bass guitar teacher, and my band teacher. As my bass teacher, he taught me so much about the craft. I already knew how to play guitar, so the lesson consisted mainly of the intricacies of the bass and what made it unique---learning how to play the bass as a bass. He helped me with various genres of music, ranging from all forms of rock, to jazz, to classical, you name it. This was a private one on one lesson, in which Cliff and I developed a close bond of friendship and he became more than just a teacher, but also a friend. He was always punctual, and always passionate about the craft. I can't quantify how valuable his lessons were. Then as a band mentor and director, he taught me about the importance of playing with others---of being able to play to a metronome, of being able to follow a leader as well as eventually even become my own leader. He taught me about volume mixing, equalizing, etc. in order to have a solid sound mix for the band, so that every instrument could be heard at the appropriate and pleasing levels. We also got into recording, where I learned about music from the production side as well. The tools he taught me both in the private lesson and in the band setting allowed me to be able to form and lead my own band and recording company. I can't say enough great things about Cliff, because without him, I wouldn't be the musician I am today. And I would be devoid of the great friend that he became to me.
I have been in the music business for many, many years. I have worked with several hundred producers. Many of them are considered to be the top producers in the music business. In my opinion Glen Kolotkin is one of the top 3 producers I have ever worked with. He is light years ahead of most producers because of several reasons: Glen knows and understands the value of songs. Better yet, he knows the difference between good songs and great songs. He encourages changes when he finds them necessary to make the songs more impactful. But best of all, Glen He works hour after hour until he captures what he feels is the necessary result. Additionally, Glen does his own engineering along with a secondary engineer (provided by the client). But Glen has been an award winning engineer for decades. Many of the most iconic recordings of all time have been engineered or produced by Glen Kolotkin.
I'm a drummer/music producer. I've traveled all over the country and been to the most elite studios you could ever imagine. This studio is on my top 5 list. The energy that you feel once you walk in. Latest equipment. Just an overall great experience. Would recommend this to anyone who comes into Miami.
As an event planner I have worked with a lot of entertainers. The Horizons Band is very likely the best, most versatile band we’ve ever used. They provided the music for a corporate beachside reception, and the music was perfect! Calypso, Jimmy Buffett, reggae, Beach Boys, and even the top 40 dance music, they were everything we asked for and more. We’ll definitely be contacting them next time we’re in South Florida.
Dj Tony five star played for my party a few weeks ago and everyone was very sanctified, he played a mixture of music from R&B to Soca, he played for the young and the young at heart. I will be using fivestar again in the coming weeks and I will be happy to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dj. Fivestar is very respectable in his music and to his audience, he showed up on time and played until we were all sanctified. Thank you DJ Fivestar.
As an upcoming artist(rapper) in S.Florida, I interact and come across a lot of engineers and their services. LALewis services is by far my favourite to use. The services allow me to be relaxed, and to be myself while I'm in an environment to produce the best quality work. I would definitely recommend to others. Everything went well from recording music, to just kicking back and listening to your product, to just general hospitality. Wonderful experience.
I needed a promotional business video shot and edited in a short span of time and Eric Fuhrmann of SURMOPRO not only got it done efficiently with new, state of the art equipment, but my video turned out like a work of art! And for the background, he even produced original music design! My colleagues and clients were completely impressed and I know it helped me close a number of deals. I can't say enough about Mr. Fuhrmann's talent, professionalism and his all around film making skills. Cynthia H. Carter
My experience working with Young Trizo is that he's a young brilant mind with a high level of talent. He's the top producer in Miami. His mixtapes he put out are also excellent work. He's very demanding and loves his craft. When we work together we always come together with great music. It's a shame how lots of rappers devalue his work because they want to be cheap. But you can't stop hard work and great music.
Besides being a super talented singer songwriter, composer and producer, Claudio has a natural gift for teaching, guiding and nurturing other people's talents. Top all that with a great personality!
Amazing dj, has a wide variety of music to play, even produces his own and very impressed with his djing skills. Highly recommend to play an event, he had the party going and was worth every cent!
Sho DJ'ed our Fourth of July party and he was great! He was early, he set up quickly and had the music going for hours. His music selection was great, alternating between hip hop, salsa, merengue, and bachata!
I have a unique skill set. My education as a highly trained classical and rock performer and as a producer of all popular styles is one aspect that makes me stand out. I also have years of experience as a performer, composer, producer, mixing engineer and artist with hundreds of major label credits. This combination of training and experience gives me a the ability to communicate with artists and musicians in a way that sets me apart from others that do what I do.
I am a hip hop and experimental music producer. I've been making music for 4 years now. My production style and sound can only be described as unique and amazing (so I've been told). If you're interested in listening to my music, e-mail me for a tagged preview of some of my work.
