The Perez Family replaced our sod, removed a tree and planted a group of plumeria plants. All members were polite, pleasant and professional. The workmanship was great and they left all areas clean and neat. Above all, they listened to my needs and made sure my requests were met at a reasonable cost. I am happy to recommend the Perez Family!

They came to the property, looked at the job and we agreed on the price. He came today to do the job and tried to changed the price for a additional $800.00and stated that there were certain things that were not included, such as the stump grinding that that would be extra completely different than what was quoted the day before, when someone gives you a price they should honor it and not change it once they’re at the job site with their workers ,so I turned him away. I got a bad feeling, especially when I seen his equipment and what looked to me like under age workers, beware of this outfit !
