Hi, I’m Lilly. For the last nine years, I’ve worked with people during moments when something in their life, career, business, leadership, or relationships is asking them to see things differently.  Sometimes you know exactly what you want but can’t see the clearest way forward. Other times, you know something needs to change but can’t quite put your finger on what it is. That is where I do some of my best work. I have an unusual ability to hear what someone is saying, recognize the pattern underneath it, and help them see what may be difficult to see from inside the situation themselves.  My work combines intuition with more than 25 years of experience in business, sales, leadership, training and human development, along with my certification in brain-based coaching. I’m not interested in telling you what you want to hear. I’m interested in helping you see clearly enough to make choices aligned with who you are and where you want to go. Others come because they are navigating a significant decision or transition.
