- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quality is proportionally direct to price. We are a young business in US, but in business since 2003 in Italy. We offer special price for special project, our goal is make happy people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers must feel like a family's member with us. Maybe sometimes we will ask a lot of details about your project...but why? Because the more we know, the more we will be able to melt with your project and than realizing exactly what you need. Time is important for everyone, we know, but at REEL STEEL SERVICES a customer satisfied is above all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We started in 2003 in Italy, Sicily, with a welding license and working inside industries. Welding pipelines, and a lot of metal all day long. But it wasn't enough. Than we moved in Florida and than... starting from scratch.. new life, new license, new all!!! And here we are!!!!
